We are currently located in Houston, Texas but are quickly opening up new locations and expect to be all over the country in a matter of no time!
You are not in my city yet. Can I be notified when a franchise opens here?
We are in the process of franchising across the country and would love to be able to service you. We’ll be sure to work on getting a Grand Slam Garage Sales location set up there as soon as we possibly can!

We are a full service operation. Our main service is our garage sale service where we run garage sales from start to finish. We advertise, organize, and manage the entire sale. Once the sale is over we take the unsold items to recycling centers and to Goodwill. Throughout the sale we sell your items for the best price we can get and we sell as many items as possible. We currently also offer pressure washing, item removal, and moving services and may be adding more services in the future.

Can I trust you guys with my money and with my stuff?
YES! YES! YES! Yes, you can! Did I say YES enough times? We at Grand Slam Garage Sales pride ourselves on professionalism and honesty. Also, we are very responsible. We will do everything possible to keep your items safe and keep the money handled at the sale safe. Those are our morals and we stick to them. The workers are comprised of very professional and honest high school and college students so you can rest assured that you are safe using Grand Slam Garage Sales. Read some testimonials if you’re a little hesitant!
How do I book an appointment online?
Booking online is easy! Simply click on any of the links on the site that say “Book Online” and fill out the form. If at any time you have any questions feel free to click the button that says Help Me Now. The franchisee in your area will be notified and will call you within 24 hours!
I tried booking an appointment online but it wouldn’t work. What do I do?

Grand Slam Garage Sales
What do you charge to hold a garage sale?
We charge $150 + 30% of the total revenue from the sale. Please visit the pricing page and/or the garage sale services page for more information. If you still have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us!
What do you provide for your fees?
We do EVERYTHING! We advertise, organize, set-up, manage the entire sale, bargain with shoppers, and haul unsold items away. Also, we bring all the necessary supplies to the garage sale. That includes tables, tarps, signs, and more.
Can you really bring in more money that I could doing the sale myself?
YES, we can and will! We have found that our systematic way of running the garage sale is unparalleled by any other method of doing it yourself. We know exactly what to do to bring crowds to the sale and to sell the most items for the best price possible. So, even after our charge, you will still make more money than you would have if you had done it yourself...AND without even lifting a finger!
What happens to items that are not sold?
The items that are not sold will be taken to Goodwill for a tax write-off and some items will be taken to recycling centers. Also, under your instruction, you can keep any leftover items you would like and/or we can sell some of the unsold items for you on our partner's website Tagsellit.com. Why can’t I just do a garage sale myself?
Well technically you COULD do it yourself, but why would you want to?
- Running a garage sale is a lot of hassle and takes up a lot of time -- time that you could use for something else.
- If you don’t know how to sell and bargain correctly you won’t have a successful sale in the first place. You'll make less money and work a lot harder!
- Why lift lots of items, bring them outside, clean them off, organize them, advertise for a garage sale, and deal with all of the items leftover afterwards if you don’t have to? Putting on a garage sale is a strenuous event for someone to do and really isn’t fun for many people running the sale. However, we at Grand Slam Garage Sales LOVE RUNNING GARAGE SALES! We sincerely do enjoy helping our customers out while putting on a great sale and interacting with all of the shoppers at the sale.
I want to have a sale but I’m very attached to my stuff, what should I do?!
Lots of people are attached to their items as it’s very common to be sentimental. However, we recommend that you do your best to let go. You can let us clean out your clutter, free up space, and if you use the Grand Slam Garage Sale package, make some extra money as well. One thing we try to reiterate to people is that like most people know, people are a lot more important than items. So, let your items go and enjoy your new free space and extra money! :-)
How do you guys actually advertise the garage sales?
We advertise in many ways so that we can bring the most possible people to each sale. Click here to see exactly how we advertise.
Is there anything you can't sell?
NO! (for the most part...) We've sold just about anything you could imagine at our past sales. We can even sell the leaves off your trees...if you want us to try. :-)
There are only a few things we can't sell including weapons and hazardous materials.
Are two workers enough to run a garage sale?
Yes. We have been refining our systems for a very long time and we know that two workers is the perfect amount of workers during the busy time of the sale and we know exactly when workers should come and leave. So, don't worry...we will be able to handle your sale in a great and professional manner!
What do I have to do to prepare for you to run my sale?
We prefer that everything is in one room in boxes and close together so that our workers can sort through and organize your items easier. However, if you can't get everything to a centralized location, don't worry! We can still get everything out for you, including that heavy furniture in your attic. If your items are close together it saves us time when organizing your stuff, but no matter what we can get your items out including the furniture!
Do you bring any change at the beginning of the sale?
Yes, we bring sufficient change at the beginning of the sale and that is all we need to be able to supply change to shoppers at the sale throughout the day.
Do you allow early birds?
We will allow early birds to show up but we highly discourage this and don't let them buy anything until the start of the sale at 7:30 AM.
Pinch Hit Pressure Washing
How much do you charge for your pressure washing?
We charge 12 cents per square foot and have a minimum charge of $150.
Can pressure washing really improve the appearance of my driveway?
Our Pinch Hit Pressure Washing service will greatly improve the appearance of your driveway, sidewalk, or whatever you have us pressure wash. Pressure washing removes mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt.
Can you get rid of oil stains in a driveway if they have been there for years?
We can get rid of most mild to moderate oil stains on the driveway. Some heavy oil stains may not come out, however we will do our best to get every stain out.
Do you pressure wash all surfaces?
We can pressure wash just about any surface. Let us know exactly what you would like pressure washed and if for some reason we can't do it, we'll let you know.

Are there any types of items you won't haul off?
We can haul off just about any item besides hazardous materials.
I may have more than one truckload. Can you provide me with an estimate?
We can provide basic estimates based on how much space we think will be taken up in our trucks. Please see our Clean Sweep Item Removal page for more information.
